Workplace sexual harassment can affect everything that matters in an organization: your people, your productivity and your reputation. Yet many workers never report what they experience because they fear consequences or believe nothing will change (Respect at Work, 2021).

BioTalent Canada has developed free, bilingual online courses to help bio-economy SMEs recognize, prevent and respond to workplace sexual harassment. In two self-paced, 45-minute sessions, leaders and teams gain practical, legally informed tools to create safer, more respectful workplaces.
