Greenfield Community League Greenfield Community League helps makes our community a great place to live. Greenfield is a vibrant, active community in southwest Edmonton.

We are proud of our tradition of volunteerism and community involvement. Greenfield Community League provides facilities, services and programs that benefit our entire community:

Building and maintaining the community hall, tennis courts, skate shack, skating rinks, playground, and spray park

Organizing free social events such as Coffee in the Park, New Year's Eve fireworks, and community celeb

rations like the 40th Anniversary and Playground Grand Opening

Hiring recreational staff: Fun for Wee Ones instructors, Tennis pros, Summer Playground Leaders, and the ice-maker for the skating rinks

Running an outdoor soccer program for kids 4-18 years old

Delivering community information to your door in the Greenfield Gazette and online through our website and Greenfield Express

Providing a forum for discussing neighbourhood issues, challenges and opportunities

REMINDER! Today is the last day to register for indoor soccer for U5-U19 players. If you haven't done so already, you have until 9 PM tonight. Make sure you have your valid 2026/2027 Community League Membership before signing up!

UPDATE: The City of Edmonton - Local Government has removed a large root ball in the pipes of the Greenfield Community spray park. The root system was extensive - reaching almost all the way to 112A Street. This should resolve the drainage issues we've been having in the playground and should minimize disruptions to the spray park this summer.
