As many know, the AMPS Edmonton Chapter runs as a not for profit organization and we give back to our community. We have done this over the last 10 years now during the Christmas season showing our support for local Edmontonians who need help during this time of the year, and we are one of the few that give back to our community in a big way, once all our bills are paid in full, monies budgeted for next year’s shows, the remaining get donated as a Secret Santa initiative.

So, due to poor road conditions today we donated $2,500 online to the Annual Global News Give Me Shelter Campaign.

The Chapter has also donated to the Royal Canadian Legion's Poppy Fund and our continued support of Operation VetBuild.

Thank you to everyone, who has bought the reference sets, bid on donations in our yearly silent auction at our model show, known as the "Best in the West", and bought goodies like our chapter T-shirts & coffee cups at our Chapter Kit Shop. The monies raised from these events, help with our Secret Santa event each year.

So, please continue your support, as the monies raised goes to helping others.

A special thank you to all our friends and volunteers who have helped us over the years, your support behind the scenes make the events possible.

Good Luck to the crew at the IPMS Vancouver Model Show, hope the show goes well and is a great success .
