What a beautiful morning of creativity, connection, and LOTS of imagination! 🎭✨

Our September Kids & Moms gathering turned into a little world of characters, stories, laughter, and very proud young creators. From choosing their pieces and building their own puppets to putting on their very own puppet shows, the kids truly made the experience their own. 💛

And those smiles say everything. 🥹

This is what Kids & Moms by Mujeres Omega Foundation is all about: creating spaces where children can explore, create and express themselves while families connect, share time together and build beautiful memories.

A huge thank you to Shirle from Crafting & Creations for bringing such a thoughtful and beautifully prepared workshop to our families. Every little kit was made with so much care! ✂️🧵

Our Kids & Moms families are in for such a fun morning at Felice Café! This month, we’re getting creative with PUPPETS! 🧵✂️

Each child will have their own little creative kit to design a puppet, explore their imagination, and then bring their new character to life. And yes… the puppet theatre is ready too! 🎭

Celebrating Community Impact 💛
Today was a beautiful reminder of what community looks like when we come together.
Different cultures, different generations, different stories — connected through music, dance, art, creativity, and the shared desire to build stronger communities.
Mujeres Omega Foundation was grateful to be part of Celebrating Community Impact, organized by Action for Healthy Communities, and to share the work we are doing to create spaces where Latina women, children, and families can connect, create, learn, and feel a sense of belonging.
Seeing so many cultures represented in one room — from traditional dances to young musicians sharing their talent — was incredibly special.
Community impact is not only measured by numbers.
It is measured in connection, belonging, opportunities, representation, and the relationships we build along the way.
Thank you to Action for Healthy Communities for creating space for community organizations to share their work and celebrate what we can accomplish together.
We are proud to keep building bridges. 🤍

Today, we started recording stories. 🎥

Our first Mujeres que Inspiran conversation was with Viri — a woman whose journey invites us to talk about transformation, awareness, wellbeing, and the paths that slowly lead us back to ourselves.

It was a morning filled with conversation, connection, and authenticity.

And this is only the beginning.

Mujeres que Inspiran was created to amplify the voices of Latina women and create a space where we can discover not only what they have accomplished, but also the stories, decisions, and experiences that shaped who they are today.

Symphony of Light is a Mindful Connections by Mujeres Omega Foundation wellness experience created to offer women a space for calm, connection, and renewal.

In the serenity of the Salt Room at Hyperbaric Health & Spa, Melissa Saldana will guide us through an experience combining mindful breathing, relaxation, music, gratitude, and moments of silence.

No previous experience is needed. Simply wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat, and come ready to give yourself this moment.
