Prep week for our September shipment 💪

We are grateful to the Lord for providing us with many helping hands to finish the remaining work of labelling boxes and assembling more layettes. Large items like hospital beds and exam tables are gathered and prepared to load on Monday. Thank you for being part of the process in prayers, and please continue to pray for safety and workable weather! 🌤🙏

Guess who joined us? 👀

September workday was filled with lots of laughter. It was a smaller team than usual, but we were able to open all the boxes that were received before the cut-off.

Thank you for being part of the fall shipment!

August workday was so fruitful! 🍎🥭🍒

With the help of many volunteers, we were able to open all the boxes received in the past month (over 100 boxes!). Each person came with vocational knowledge, White Cross experiences, connections with other compassion ministries and organizations, and/or a willing heart. We see how the Lord gives ability to teach others, wisdom and understanding to carry out what He instructs us to do, and joy to participate together, just as He did to Israel when the tabernacle was set with offerings and craftsmanship (such as in Exodus 31 and 35–36). We praise God for the visible result here, and the fruit to be seen in the future in Canada and Cameroon! And thank YOU for your offering—donations of items, time, and funds to White Cross!

Wondering what to prepare next at your group? For baby layettes, we receive fewer sleepers than other parts. Please make or buy more sleepers than blankets and diapers, if you are able. The details of the layettes are available on our website.

📆 See you next time on September 8!

We had our second monthly workdays at the Ministry Centre this morning. 🐝🐝🐝

We started with rooms full of boxes to be processed, and we ended with most of the boxes sorted—thanks to those who volunteered!😮 We made 46 boxes ready to ship, heard and shared stories of what God is doing, learned some new things... and had fun together. 🌱 Would you be interested in joining us next month? We will meet again on August 18, at 9:30 am. Let us know if you plan to come! 📞📆

Now, we have more room in the Centre to receive boxes for the next shipment. Please contact the office to make a drop-off appointment before mid-August. (A specific cut-off date will be announced shortly.)

Looking back, container loading day in May was such a celebration of God's provision, your generosity (in sharing time, energy, money, and many more), and partnership in the mission with so many individuals, churches, and organizations. Watch the video and celebrate with us! 🙌✨

Did you know we've already started workdays for the next shipment? 🙌📦
June 24th was our first workday at the Ministry Centre for the next shipment, even though the loading week feels like just a few weeks ago!

The loading of our May 2026 shipment started on May 11, when we carried all the items received at the Ministry Centre to the container loading site in a truck. Many boxes were lifted and carried manually. In addition, many have contributed by toggling the lift switch, stacking boxes for carriers, and tracking all the leaving boxes. Many churches were represented, and we had a great time working together with one another and with our God!

Are you interested in joining the future workdays and loading? Contact us at [email protected]!

Catching up on all that has happened in the last month! Thank you for joining the shipment through prayers, various donations, transporting boxes, and participating in workdays! We praise our Lord for providing for all the needs at the Centre through you to make another shipment happen! 🙌
