In this presentation hosted by the Edmonton Public Library, you will learn about what artificial intelligence is, how it is used on social media, and tips for using it safely. We will cover the benefits and risks of using A.I, how to use A.I. for various tasks, and how to spot A.I. generated content.

Most households run on a financial system that lives largely in one person’s head: where the accounts are held, how the bills get paid, who to call about what, and when things come due. It holds together until someone else must step in, even briefly.

Jessica will walk us through a four-part framework for organizing your financial information: the key contacts who keep things running, an inventory of accounts and documents, a plain-language summary of how the household’s finances flow, and a schedule of what happens and when. Attendees leave with a clear sense of where to begin, a take-home handout that walks through each section, and the start of a system their family can rely on.
