Yesterday, 16 students from the DRHS O2 class joined Van Tassel Lake Trail Association volunteers and put in a full morning of hard work on the trails. From clearing and prepping to moving and spreading chips, they put in some serious effort. By the end, they had measured out 550 ft of brand new wood-chipped trail 🙌

We’re so grateful for the energy, teamwork, and care these students and their teachers brought to the woods. Thank you to this fantastic group!

A wonderful hike up at Vantassel Lake Trails this morning the snow hanging on the trees is absolutely beautiful and christmasy. Well worth the cool temperatures to walk in. 🎅🏻🎄
