💚 This week is Mental Illness Awareness week. 💚
Mental Illness can affect anyone, regardless of age, background, or circumstances.
This week is a reminder to break the stigma, start conversations, and remind each other that it’s okay to not be okay. Sometimes the strongest thing we can do is ask for help, listen without judgment, or simply let someone know they’re not alone.
Mental Health IS health.
Let’s choose compassion over judgment, understanding over assumptions, and support over silence.
💚 You are not alone. Your mental health matters. Asking for help is a sign of strength—not weakness. 💚

📚✨ Happy Back to School! ✨📚

We hope you had an amazing summer and are ready for another great school year! 🎒🍎

It’s been so great seeing all the “first day” pictures popping up on our feeds! 📸 From big smiles and new backpacks to those “please don’t make me go back to school” faces 😂 we love seeing them all! And let’s be honest… some first-day pictures have NO smiles whatsoever! 😆 We get it… summer went by way too fast!

Wishing all students, teachers, staff, and families a fantastic school year filled with new friendships, great memories, learning, laughter, and lots of success! 🌟

You’ve got this! 💪📚
