THANK YOU to Zwitchback physiotherapy + health and to Justin Whittle for an EXCELLENT session on importance strength training for all athletes! We know our athletes learned lots. Those new to strength training are excited to get started and those who have been at it a while are excited to see how far they can go!

Good day, everyone!

Our local biathlon athletes could use your support.

Their fundraising dollars go toward athletes, coach training, travel, and training expenses. We are 100% volunteer based, and while they do get a stipend from the government, it does not begin to cover even half of their needs. So If you haven't yet purchased your tickets for the Dinner and Silent Auction happening on April 18, please consider doing so as the deadline to purchase (April 14) is quickly approaching! Tickets are available at Blow Me Down Trails or by contacting them at [email protected].

They also have another initiative starting this week and that's a 50/50 cash draw. Tickets are $5 each and the winner's prize is a possible $2500. Draw date will be happening on May 6, but with only 1000 tickets printed, we hope to sell out quickly!
