The West Northumberland Girls Hockey Association (WNGHA) is committed to supporting the growth of girl’s hockey and is proud to develop and promote girls hockey within Northumberland County and the surrounding area in conjunction with the Ontario Women’s Hockey Association (OWHA) at the house league, recreational, and competitive levels.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to join our House League program for the upcoming 2026/2027 season.

We are now accepting applications for Head Coach positions across our House League divisions. Applications for Head Coach positions will be accepted until June 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM, with interviews to follow shortly thereafter.

In addition to Head Coaches, we are also looking for individuals interested in volunteering in a variety of important team staff roles, including:

Assistant Coaches
Trainers
Team Managers
Den Moms
Whether you are a returning volunteer or looking to get involved for the first time, we encourage you to apply and help create a positive, fun, and supportive hockey experience for our players!

Registration for the 2026/2027 hockey season is now open, and we can't wait to get going!

If you are planning to play in our house league program this season, we ask that you please register early to assist with our planning!

Registering early greatly assists with us being able to gage how many teams we can expect to have at each level. The we would like to provide house league programming for U7 through to U18 so we need to know if you’re with us!
