Kalon Services Kalon Services is a Foster Care program within the Province of Ontario. Kalon Services is a foster care program with a difference.

Our foster homes are supported to ensure that children placed have their needs accurately assessed, goals developed, and treatment plans implemented. Kalon Services has access to various supports including, but not limited to, psychologists and individual therapists to more accurately pinpoint and meet the needs of the children placed with us. The program also provides the children placed within our foster homes a number of exciting recreational and personal growth opportunities including; camping, sports, community outings that are geared to the development and nurturing of cultural, social, physical and emotional strengths, as well as competencies to have some fun.
