Carson Arthur is Canada's go-to gardening expert. Over his 17-year career, Carson has worked with people across Canada on gardening, homesteading, and urban farming.

The nature of the talk is the importance of growing food for the community. This is an important subject with the changes that are happening around the globe.

Within the talk, Carson will discuss supply chain; the change in Canadian agriculture; the changing climate; and the importance of sustainability.

💐 WELCOME Kelsey Jibb, owner of Cold Springs Flower Farm, located in Cobourg, Ontario

On October 1, 2025, at Salvation Army, located at:

📍59 Ballantine St at ⏰️ 7:30 pm

Through her farm, she offers U-Pick flower experiences, yoga classes, monthly bouquet subscriptions, and a weekly farm stand, connecting the community with locally grown flowers.

With a growing passion for dahlias, Kelsey has gained extensive hands-on experience in growing, dividing, and storing tubers and enjoys sharing practical knowledge to help gardeners succeed with these beloved flowers.
