First Canadian Collectors Club Monthly meetings were held at various locations until settling at the Fort Calgary Interpretive Centre in early 1980.

Regular club meetings are held and we host two shows and sales a year. * Next bi-annual show and sale February 24th 2018.

The First Canadian Collectors Club started out as the First Canadian Bottle and Specialties Club with its first meeting held on March

24th, 1970 with ten founding members. In January 1993, the name of the club was changed to its present name to more closely reflect the rich and diverse nature of the member’s collections. The Club was established as a nonprofit group for all types of collectors. Its purpose is to create a desire to study, research, discuss and to encourage an interest in the collection and preservation of antiques and nostalgia. Club meetings are held at Fort Calgary, 750 – 9th Avenue SE, the second Monday of each month at 7:30 pm except in October when the meeting is held on the third Monday and excluding July and August. The club sponsors an Antique and Collectibles Show and Sale twice a year and we encourage anyone with similar interests to join us for the camaraderie and the exchange of ideas about collecting.

We strongly believe in supporting and promoting upcoming sales, and we’re excited to share this wonderful Vintage Market happening in just a few weeks! Some of the amazing vendors from the Collectors Club will also be joining us this May—so it’s definitely one you won’t want to miss.

Come check us out and experience a truly unique market! This venue features 15,000 sq. ft. filled with vintage treasures, showcasing authentic vintage finds along with beautifully repurposed, reclaimed, and recycled pieces.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for all the love and support we received while putting on this fabulous Show & Sale yesterday. The event was a huge success, with nearly 800 people coming through the doors! So many wonderful treasures found new homes, and it was great to see so many happy customers excited about their purchases. We are incredibly grateful to our amazing vendors, dedicated members, and loyal customers—without you, this show would not have been such a success. Your continued support means everything to us. Thank you again, and we look forward to seeing everyone at our next Show & Sale this October!

Here is the sneak peek of items that will be available tomorrow! This is what you’ve been waiting for—the First Canadian Collectors Club is happening tomorrow, Saturday, February 28, at the Thorncliffe Greenview Community Centre (5600 Centre St. N., Calgary). Doors are open from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with admission just $5, and kids 12 and under get in free. Come explore an exciting preview of the collectibles, treasures, and rare finds that will be waiting for you—perfect for collectors, families, and anyone who loves discovering something special.

We are beyond EXCITED to share a SNEAK PEEK into Hall A (small hall) showcasing some truly AMAZING treasures that will be available this Saturday! One of our incredible vendors will have Signed Sherman jewelry, 1960’s LEGO (still in the original box), a Vintage Butter/Cheese Cutter, Alexander Keith’s dispenser, Vintage Metal Orange Kist sign, Vintage Cameras, and so much more! These fabulous finds will be for sale and ready to go starting at 9:30am in Hall A, so make sure you head there early so you don’t miss out on these unique and highly collectible pieces.
