Thorncliffe Greenview Community Association & Recreation Centre Thorncliffe Greenview Community Association opened in 1956 and has more than 800 members. The pride and joy of the TGCA is no doubt our community centre.

Located at 5600 Centre Street North, Calgary, the centre is over 100,000 square feet of multi-purpose space available to all Calgarians. The TGCA houses the Forbes Innes ice arena, four racquetball courts, four lanes in the 5-pin bowling alley, a seniors centre, a members & guests restaurant/lounge - The 56, an awesome inclusive playground, a daycare called Fun Kids Club Calgary, community bingo t

wice a week, two banquet halls, various meeting rooms and fitness spaces, and many community groups like Guides or youth sport programs, like McKnight Hockey Association. The largest of the halls, the Main Hall, is multi use and serves as our bingo hall, gymnasium and banquet hall. The Main Hall is one of the largest halls of its kind in Calgary. The TGCA is not exclusive to our members. It is open to anyone who wants to enjoy our facilities and services. Memberships are $15 annually for both resident and non-residents of Thorncliffe and Greenview. You can purchase you membership on our site today! We host incredibly popular TGCA seasonal events many times through the year. Look for tickets to our Halloween, Christmas and other events on our site under events. Other events like the annual cleanup and parade of garage sales are quite popular too! We offer free Wi-Fi throughout the facility.
