To show how far your help goes, here is Laxmi's story, showing how supporting the whole family can change a child’s future.

Laxmi is a 14-year-old girl living in a slum community in Northeast Delhi with her parents and two younger siblings. While Laxmi is HIV negative, both of her parents are living with HIV, and the family has faced ongoing financial and social challenges.

For a long time, staying in school was difficult. Her parents struggled to afford school supplies and nutritious food, and Laxmi often missed classes.

Through the program, Laxmi received school supplies and nutritional support, helping her attend school regularly. Counselling and peer support also helped rebuild her confidence.
Within months, her attendance improved, her grades increased, and she began participating in school activities.

She recently won first prize in a school drawing competition. After attending awareness sessions, her parents have become more engaged in her education and more confident in supporting her at home.

Today, Laxmi dreams of becoming a teacher and is a strong example for her younger brother and sister 💛

Our Impact Report for 2025 is here, all of which you made possible.

Every year, Positive Lamb Foundation reminds us how a little kindness goes such a long way, and 2025 was no different. Despite unexpected adversities, 2025 became another record-breaking fundraising year. We also received new support to help expand our Delhi project and identified more children in urgent need across the communities where we work.

To our donors, board members, partners, and of course, the children and families we serve, thank you. We are so grateful for you.
