The Jury Lands Foundation is a non-profit protecting one of Canada’s most important heritage sites — Camp 30 in Bowmanville, site of the only WWII battle on Canadian soil.

The Jury Lands Foundation would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Kingsway Greenhouses in Oshawa and Price’s Country Market in Bowmanville for their wonderful contributions to our Healing Garden at Camp 30! 💚

🌱 Price’s Country Market generously came out to till the soil and donated hostas to help us prepare and beautify our garden.

🌼 Kingsway Greenhouses welcomed us to their nursery and gave us the opportunity to select hundreds of dollars’ worth of beautiful perennials to bring new life, colour, and texture to our Healing Garden.

These generous donations are helping us create a peaceful, welcoming space where visitors can pause, reflect, connect with nature, and find a moment of calm at this historically significant site.

Our Healing Garden is growing thanks to the kindness and generosity of local businesses who believe in giving back to their community. We are so grateful to have partners who share our vision for making Camp 30 a place of remembrance, reflection, and community connection.
