This Saturday, hundreds of candles will be placed on the graves of Canadian veterans in the Aurora Cemetery. The candles will be lit, and will burn all night in silent tribute to the veterans. In the darkness, the whole cemetery will be aglow with the light of hundreds of candles. It will be an awe-inspiring sight.
The next day, White Heather Pipes and Drums will play in a Drumhead ceremony at the cemetery honouring the veterans on whose graves the candles burned throughout the night.
