Supporting the young women of Rose of Sharon Services for Young Mothers is very important to our club.

Each year our Outreach committee makes a donation to help a graduate secure supplies she needs for her post secondary education. This year $2000 will help to is student get a computer for her studies.

As well, our Charitable trust gives a scholarship — this year $3500!

Realizing the educational potential of women is at the heart of what we do.

This month, four incredible young women graduating from Newmarket high schools are each receiving a $3,500 scholarship to kickstart their dreams!

Meet Valentina, one of this year’s inspiring recipients. Her goal? To head to university and become a teacher, shaping the minds of the next generation.

Our Home & Garden Tour is all about turning the dreams of young local women into reality, but we can’t do it without you.

Meet Sunny. Her story is one of promise—and she is not alone.

Sunny is one of three incredible graduating students from Aurora high schools receiving a life-changing scholarship this month. Behind her story are 12 other young women across our region who are ready to take on the world because of your support.

Because of the incredible success of last year’s Home & Garden Tour, this June we are distributing eleven $3,500 scholarships to deserving students across secondary schools in

✨ Stouffville
✨ Georgina

We fundraise a full year in advance. Why? So we can look these students in the eye and know exactly how many scholarships we can guarantee to support their post-secondary dreams.

All year long, we rely on the incredible generosity of our members’ donations and vital partnerships with amazing local businesses like Market Brewing Company Oakridge Fashions Ground Burger Bar The Newmarket History Hound

But “Come Be Inspired” Home & Garden Tour is our signature event. It is the engine that drives this entire mission.

Where We Stand Today
Our fundraising goal for this year’s event is $30,000—and we are so close! We have officially reached almost 80% of our target.

With the tour just around the corner, we need your help to cross the finish line, match last year’s success, and hopefully even surpass it for next year’s graduates.

Say hello to our 2026 Home & Garden Tour cover girl: The “Hallmark” House!

If ever a Hallmark movie was made in Newmarket, this is the house. It started as a humble cottage in 1912 and has evolved into a stunning, car-stopping masterpiece tucked away on a scenic lane in North Newmarket.

The best part? The homeowners opened their hearts and doors to us the moment they learned the tour funds scholarships for local students.
