ElLemuel Charitable Foundation (ECF)—originally incorporated as ElLemuel—is a minority-led nonprofit organization, federally incorporated in Ontario and founded by Wendi Felician on August 1, 2023. The foundation was created in direct response to the urgent housing needs of low-income individuals, and families, many of whom, despite steady employment, spend up to 90% of their income on rent.

rently in the process of obtaining charitable status, ECF is focused on the relief of poverty through stable and affordable housing. As a new organization in its early stages, our work includes acquiring and rehabilitating abandoned or deteriorating properties to provide safe, affordable housing for individuals and families facing financial hardship, including seniors and other vulnerable groups.

Looking for something to do Wednesday night? Join us, The Postmark Hotel and the Very Useful Theatre Company for an Evening of Storytelling! On Wednesday July 15th at 7 PM, both professional and amateur storytellers alike will come together to share stories of challenge and triumph.

This event is to bring awareness and raise donations for our upcoming walk-a-thon in September. We encourage our guests to sign up for the upcoming walk-a-thon or donate directly to our cause.

There is no admission fee and food and beverages will be available a la carte.
