Congratulations to Julia Zinn and Nicki Auclair, who presented "Navigating Cancer with Cubs: A Wellness-Based, Family-Centered Approach" as a spotlight workshop at the 2026 Hospice Palliative Care Ontario (HPCO) Annual Conference!
Their presentation explored how we can better support entire families — not just patients — as they navigate a cancer diagnosis. From integrating palliative care best practices to bridging the gap between medical care and emotional well-being, Julia and Nicki brought Hope House's compassionate philosophy to a provincial stage.

La Trame is a gentle, non-invasive energy therapy that works with the body's natural information system. Intense emotions and life experiences can become "stuck" in the body over time. La Trame uses a specific sequence of light movements to create a wave through the body — helping release what no longer serves you, without the need to talk or relive old memories.
