Can you catch Ann on the rebound?

A delightful cat she is back with us through no fault of her own - her adopter had not had a cat before and turned out to be hugely allergic
🤧😭 😷
He was very sad to have to give her back to us and we were sad because he was a great match 🙁 and Ann was sad about being in the cat carrier all the way to Tumut and back and squished her nose 😬

Please get in touch if you would like to meet her.

👀Temporary home needed. Can you help? 💙

These two healthy, desexed cats need a temporary home fur around 6 months while new arrangements are made for them to stay with their family.
Their Yass owner will contribute towards their costs while she sorts out suitable accommodation - she does not want to surrender them permanently and she would prefer them to stay together if at all possible.

Forest (ginger & white - male)
Forest is a sweet, goofy little guy who's 7 years old and has grown up alongside his sister, Molly, since they were babies! He can be a little shy around new people, but once he's comfortable, his curious, playful personality really shines through. He loves exploring, getting up to silly antics, and investigating everything around him. One of his cutest quirks is that, instead of meowing, Forest makes adorable little squeaking noises! Give him a little time and patience, and you'll get to see what a lovely little character he is.

Molly (tabby & white - female)
Molly is our affectionate little cuddle bug who absolutely loves attention! She's also 7 years old and has grown up alongside her brother, Forest, since they were babies. She's much more outgoing than Forest and will happily greet new people if it means getting some extra love and attention! She's playful in her own way, but her favourite thing is affection. Once she's settled in and comfortable with you, she'll happily come up for bedtime snuggles. One of her cutest quirks is that she sometimes drools when she's especially happy and enjoying all the cuddles! She's a sweet, loving girl who always makes sure she gets her fair share of the cuddle spotlight.

If you think you could help please message us and we will put you in touch with their owner.

Where are they now?

Gorgeous Ari was one of 5 kittens born to a young street cat (herself really a kitten still) in a foster carer’s bathroom. She was the most outgoing and friendly of the litter.

She was adopted but was thought to be 'too much' for her adopter who had a small apartment. Kittens do like to explore and get into mischief.

So she came back to the foster carer’s house 3 months older and a bit bigger and they fell in love with her. She has now been with them and her brother Monty for over 5 years.

Introducing Gal. Gal is a gorgeous girl.
We think she might be Chris’s sister. She has the same beautiful green eyes and classic tabby coat and also came from Bowning.
Gal is shy and you will need to earn her trust but she can be relied upon ( once settled in ) to come and go reliably via a cat or doggy door.
She is fine with small dogs and other cats.

Her microchip number is 991003003611419 and she is desexed and vaccinated. Maybe 9 months old?
Please get in touch if you would like to meet her. https://share.google/aEJ7eXVDyU2MylJ6l

Temporary home needed 🏡🔥
Could you look after poor Tom for around 6 months?
Tom has had a hard year, his original owner passed away and now her son's house has been made unliveable due to a fire.
Tom is a lovely, friendly cat who really likes people but he doesn't like other cats. And he doesn’t like dogs. He is a people person! Plus he likes to go for walks outside on a lead. He is 5-6 years old and desexed.
He just needs a temporary home until his former house can be repaired or new arrangements made.
Tom is currently with one of our foster carers but we can't keep him long term as it will limit our ability to help other cats.

If you can help Tom please message us and we will put you in touch with Tom's family.

Spicy or sweet - ginger or lavender? Which do you prefer?

Ginge and Lavender are two adult cats who are not keen on human company and prefer life outdoors. Both cats are looking for a permanent home in a safe shed, barn, stable or warehouse. All they need is a safe place to sleep, fresh water and regular food. In return, they'll help keep the rat and mouse population under control.
As the saying goes - while the cat's away, the mice will play - and eat your livestock feed, hay and cardboard packaging! A shed cat will help protect your valuable stock - and stop the mice from playing!

Lavender is sweet but very shy of people and you will hardly know she is there - though the mice will! Ginge is a handsome young man who enjoys the company of other cats but is not keen on getting too close to people. Lavender and Ginger are available for adoption as solo shed cats but a double adoption will also be considered.

We’ll help them settle into their new homes with temporary crate setups while they get used to their surroundings. There is only a small adoption fee to partially cover vet costs (both cats are desexed and vaccinated).

In the unlikely event that Lavender or Ginge decide that shed-cat life isn’t for them or take an excessive interest in wildlife other than rodents, we’ll take them back.

Black Shadow anyone?
The lovely Charlotte is a super strong purr-machine and biscuit-maker once she understands she is safe and there are no mean cats about to bash her up.
She is about 2 years old and needs a new home due to a family break up. The other Bronté sisters, Ann and Emily, were from the same house but we have discovered that Charlotte is much happier away from them.
She is desexed and microchipped. So if you have a safe home with no bossy cats around you might be the perfect fit for this gorgeous girl.
Please fill in our form if you would like to meet her. https://share.google/chZxJBZ23chNU6AXO

Always wanted a Russian Blue? Spot needs a new home. He is not pure bred but a domestic short hair crossed with Russian Blue and the Blue genes seem to have won out 💙
And maybe that’s why he is a fighter not a lover when it comes to other cats?
Either way, although he loves adults, children and dogs, he is not a fan of other cats and wants to be the centre of cat attention please.

Spot is about 4 years old, desexed and vaccinated and his microchip number is 901021000696763. He is currently living in Young.
Please message us if you would like to meet him and we will put you in touch with his current family.

If you are after cat companionship but also independence then Mama Kiki ( Ginger, maybe 2 and 1/2) and Marble ( her daughter, nearly 2?) may be the ones for you. They are a bonded pair of very handsome cats.

They have come a long way since living in an abandoned farmhouse and now greet at the door and love to be brushed. They are not yet lap cats however and will need love and patient training if that is what you would like to achieve because they remain shy. Marble will lick cat treats from your fingers but Mama doesn’t like them 🤷‍♀️

They do, however, like to keep you company in a sunny spot. ☀️

Both are desexed and chipped ( 900164002333170 and 900164002333182) and ready for a new life. They are used to living in an enclosed verandah so a home with some enclosed outdoor space would be their perfect match.

A lower than usual adoption fee applies to them as a pair ❤️ so please contact us if you would like to meet them https://share.google/QHerXZZXwiJuZVmjq
