Alamein FC Victoria’s only all-female NPL football club offering pathways at every age-group from Youth NPL to the Professional NPLW League.

Alamein FC is Victoria’s only all-female football club fielding teams across every age group in the National Premier Leagues (NPL) Women’s pathway. We guide and support girls and women from all corners of Melbourne, from Junior Academy and VYPLG teams through to the Senior NPLW competition. At Alamein FC, players aren’t just participants: they develop, excel and prepare for the highest levels of the game. Every training session, matchday and mentoring moment is built on strong values: unity, integrity and passion. Our juniors train alongside our NPLW players, creating a culture where role-models lead, resilience is taught and pathways are real.

Oops! We’ve heard that some of our trial emails are getting stuck in spam folders. Sorry about that. So if you’re trialling for U13, U15 or U17 at Alamein FC but didn’t receive an email from us, your trials will be on:

Monday 12 October
Tuesday 13 October
Wednesday 14 October

At the Monash University Soccer Complex (42 Scenic Boulevard, Clayton).

Offers may be made progressively so we encourage players to attend all trials.

PLEASE NOTE: All players MUST be registered on our system in order to trial. If you have not yet done-so, please register via the EOI link in our bio.

Meet our U11 Academy Head Coach for 2027.

Current Alamein U20 NPLW player Ally Nedelkovski will lead our youngest Academy players next season.

With five years in Alamein’s NPL program and previous experience assisting with U11 girls at South Melbourne, Ally brings a strong understanding of both the game and this important stage of player development.

Our 2026 Stamatopoulos Shield winner, she is also someone who embodies the qualities we want around our youngest players: Passion, Unity and Integrity.

For the first time, friends and family can now officially join our club with an Alamein FC Fan Membership.

Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, former player, friend, long-time supporter or simply someone who believes in what Alamein is building for female football, this is your way to be part of it.

Members receive an Alamein member pack, access to our dedicated online member area, exclusive content and offers, and opportunities to connect with and support our players throughout the season.

A brilliant recognition for our captain, Estelle Bougios, who finished third in the 2026 NPLW Victoria Best & Fairest (while also being named joint Best & Fairest at Alamein FC alongside her teammate Neve Duston).

Estelle is a leader on the pitch and across our club, and this is a thoroughly well-deserved result after an outstanding season.

Welcome to Alamein, Cindy Rangi 💙❤️

Cindy joins us as U14 Academy Head Coach for 2027, bringing experience across junior girls’ and Senior women’s football, alongside her Football Australia C Diploma.

She will combine her role at Alamein with her continuing position coaching Burwood City’s Senior Women, with 2026 U14 Head Coach Neve Duston also supporting the group next season.

ANNOUNCEMENT:

In 2027, Alamein FC is looking to add a NEW U17/18 team to the Alamein Academy, extending our community football offering from U11 through to U18.

The team will offer competitive football within Alamein’s all-female environment, where girls’ and women’s football is the focus.

The new team will compete in Community B or C, depending on the group formed.

Continuing with our U17s. ❤️💙

Claudio Hermenjat will return as U17 Head Coach for the 2027 season, continuing his work with the group at the final stage of Alamein’s VPYLG youth pathway.

Heading into his third season with the club, Claudio will also continue in his role as Assistant Technical Director, working across our football program as we build towards 2027.

Read on to learn how: this opportunity closes on Saturday!

Thank you to everyone who has supported our players over the past season. We are incredibly lucky to have such a generous sponsor and supporter base and, as a non-profit, volunteer-run all-female club, we genuinely couldn’t do all we do for our players without you.

Additionally, you can help support our club as an individual, or as a family via the “Alamein Angels” fundraising campaign. All donations are tax-deductible, and help support the club in growing and improving its programs.

The money donated from our Angels last year helped us to provide higher quality equipment, including the new metal pop-up goals and the branded Alamein FC bibs all of our players use.

The perk of being an Alamein Angel is not only do you get to support the club, but if you donate over $300, your name (or someone you want to dedicate to) is also added to the kit design for next season.

Thrilled to announce that Cade Wright will return to coach Alamein’s Under 15 squad for a second season in 2027.

With the U15s sitting at an important point in Alamein’s pathway, his focus will remain on developing players capable of taking the next step while building a team ready to compete at a high level.
