👏🏼Congratulations to Scout and Archie who completed the LSV U18 development camp this weekend, and thrived showing leadership and communication.

Learning from amazing leaders in lifesaving statewide, they have taken the next step in their journey towards leadership and we cannot wait to see what they have to bring to the club’s development!

Congratulations also to Alisha who represented the club proudly as a leader on the camp ❤️💛💙

We had to jump on this trend… even if we’re a little late to the party 🏄🏼‍♂️❤️💛💙

Founded in 1961, the Venus Bay Life Saving Club has grown from a rag-tag crew of local lifesavers into the incredible club it is today, packed with amazing members, community spirit, and more than a few Club of the Year awards along the way.

These photos are all from the beautiful Cool Change book, filled with so many familiar faces, old memories, and little snapshots of Venus Bay over the years.

And that’s a wrap! 🌞

On Sunday, we packed up the flags for the final time this 2025/26 patrol season.

A huge thank you to our incredible active members at Venus Bay SLSC for their dedication and the long hours spent keeping our community safe all summer long - your commitment doesn’t go unnoticed.

To our local community, thank you for your continued support. It’s what keeps our club strong.

Even though the flags are down until next season, safety never stops. Stay aware, know your limits, and look out for each other in and around the water.

See you next season!
❤️💛💙

A huge thank you to Kristie, our Director of Social & Fundraising, who represented us in accepting the award alongside other amazing local organisations.

Support like this makes such a difference to our community and we’re incredibly thankful!

An incredible turnout for Clean Up Australia Day at Venus Bay today! 🙌🏼🌊

Huge thanks to all our incredible volunteers and a special shout out to the crew who filled a trailer load of rubbish from the beach.

A massive thank you to Scott Cameron, who organised the entire event and made it all happen.

These days take a lot of behind-the-scenes work, and we’re so grateful for the time and effort he puts in for our community.

Also big thanks to Cruza for their generous bike donation to help keep our beaches and surrounds mint! ✌🏼
