Recently Club Member Chris attended a ceremony whereby Rotary Warragul handed over management of the Indigenous Garden established in Warragul's Rotary Park to the local Council. The project was undertaken over a period of 6 years and is a credit to all members of the Club.

Any suggestions for the upgrading of Rotary Park in Inverloch?

A project lead by Past International President Ian Risley of Australia 2017-2018. He had a vision that we could eliminate trachoma in Australia, being the only first world country to still have 1000's of cases a year. Rotary clubs across Australia have helped spearhead programs to eliminate. Education programs at the heart of every project. Well done everyone.

Come on down to "The Hub" Inverloch for our Easter Market. As of today the weather forecast is for no rain. So come on down and support our stalls, buy a snag and have a great day. We have a raffle, you guessed it a basket containing yummy easter products. (notice I didn't use the easter puns 🙂 )

This month's Rotary theme is Water, Snitation and Hygiene.

Last October, the proceeds from the Club's annual wine tasting function were allocated to the Skyhydrant clean water project in Timor Leste. To date our community has provided in full or in part a number of Skyhydrants to schools in Timor Leste for the benefit and wellbeing of schoolchildren and their families.

At this Wednesday's Club meeting members will discuss possible projects to benefit our local community. Do you have a suggestion? Consider joining us at 6pm upstairs at the Invy Espy hotel.

The Rotary Club of Inverloch acknowledges the generosity of the Bass Coast Shire Council for its Community Grant provided in November 2025 that enabled the club to replace its ageing trailer so essential for its Market activities and Community projects.

The Bass Coast Shire’s Community Grants program provides significant support to a variety of local sporting clubs and other community organisations and plays an essential supporting role in the life of our community.

Rotary Convention heads to Dublin! 🇮🇪

We're excited to share the news that Dublin has been selected as the host city for the Rotary International Convention in 2031.

Up to 20,000 Rotary members and participants from over 140 countries will gather to connect and learn how to take action to address issues in their communities.

It will be the first time the event has come to Ireland, and just the fifth time it has been hosted within Rotary in Great Britain and Ireland.

Amanda Watkin, CEO of Rotary in Great Britain and Ireland said, “We’re delighted to be welcoming the Rotary world to our region in 2031 and send huge congratulations to the Rotary Ireland team involved in securing Dublin’s successful bid.”

“There is a rich Rotary history across Great Britain and Ireland, and this is yet another landmark for us to be looking forward to as we continue to innovate and expand the way we support and engage our communities.”
