Members and guests were treated today to a wonderful presentation by local resident Judy Vradenburg.
Judy led the movement to retain a parcel of land in Wallace Ave for passive community use. The centrepiece of the Community Park is the very large sculpture of the extinct amphibian now named Koolasuchus Cleelandi.
Judy acknowledged the support of many local volunteers and community groups, including the Inverloch Primary School. Students have recently planted hundreds of trees and completed some beautiful art works. Definitely worth a visit.

Thank you to everyone who attended the opening of our Maritime Precinct on Monday. It was wonderful to see representatives of so many local community groups sharing stories about our photos and artefacts. A special thanks to our major sponsors, Bendigo Community Bank and Inverloch Lions Club. Also to the South Gippsland Yacht Club who hosted our afternoon tea.
