Even though weโve been working from home, the team hasnโt stopped! Since Thursday, weโve been on twice or more daily Zoom callsโchecking in on every participant, making sure theyโre safe and comfortable through ex-Cyclone Alfred.
Nonstop updates, problem-solving, and working together to keep everything running smoothly. Itโs been a BIG few days, but our priority has always been our participants.
Weโre still working from home today, but nothing has changedโoperations are running as usual, and weโve made sure that all our participants are safe, well-supported, and in the best situation possible throughout the cyclone.
Thanks to our incredible team, theyโve remained comfortable and cared for, and weโll continue to be there for them until things fully return to normal hopefully tomorrow.
The past few days have been huge, and we couldnโt be more grateful for our incredible support workers. Youโve gone above and beyond, showing up with dedication, care, and resilience. As one of our support coordinators said, โNot even a cyclone could shake our dedication!โ ๐ง๏ธ๐
To all our staffโTHANK YOU! Your hard work and commitment donโt go unnoticed, and our participants are in the best hands because of you. Please stay safe, and donโt forget to look after yourselves, too.
