Over the past two days, our Operations Manager, Tarati, and Facility Manager, Nickita, have been attending the National Aged Care Provider Conference, connecting with industry leaders, sharing knowledge and exploring new ideas to strengthen aged care services.

At Winnam, we are committed to continuous learning, growth and providing high-quality, culturally safe care for our Elders and residents. Attending conferences like this provides valuable opportunities to learn about industry developments, share experiences and bring new knowledge back to our team.

As we prepare for the next chapter of Georgina Aged Care, we are proud to invest in our leadership team and our ongoing commitment to delivering person-centered care that respects, supports and celebrates our Elders 🧡
