This is a Kunzea ambigua, from the "Australian Native Plants as Bonsai" symposium that was held in 2017. All of these images are posted on the Victorian Native Bonsai Club's page. Accompanying the images is a catalogue of the various tree's information. The owners of the trees are anonymous, but they've been generous with snippets from the trees past. This particular Kunzea' owner said that the tree had been in training for two years, and had been grown from native stock.
Feel free to visit the Vic Native Bonsai page if you want more information, and you can join the club! Interstate members are able to tune in and watch the meetings on Zoom.
