📖🌿 Calling all literature lovers, families, and our young poets! 🇳🇵

The Nepalese Association of Toowoomba warmly invites everyone to Dalaan, a special gathering to celebrate the beauty of the Nepali language, literature, and poetry.

✨ We especially encourage our children and young people to write and recite their own poems. This is a wonderful opportunity to build confidence, express creativity, and stay connected to our rich Nepali language and culture.

Let’s come together to honour the legacy of Adikavi Bhanubhakta Acharya and inspire the next generation of Nepali writers and poets.

Today marks the last day of this term’s Nepali Kids Classes! 🎉

We would like to sincerely thank all our students, parents, volunteers, and teachers for your dedication, participation, and support throughout the term. Your commitment has helped create a wonderful environment where our children can learn, connect, and celebrate Nepali language and culture together. 🇳🇵❤️

A special thank you to all the volunteers and instructors who generously gave their time and knowledge to make each class meaningful and enjoyable.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back next term with more fun, learning, and cultural activities.

🌟 Nepalese Kids Classes – Community Spirit Shines Through! 🌟

Despite the challenging cold and windy weather today, it was wonderful to see such a great number of children attend our Nepalese Kids Classes. Your enthusiasm and commitment to learning and staying connected with our culture are truly inspiring.

A heartfelt thank you to HAPPY Daju for generously volunteering your time and effort to teach and engage with the kids today. Your dedication is greatly appreciated by our students, parents, and community.

Today’s Nepali Kids Classes was a great success with the participation of 21 students. It was wonderful to see our children actively engaged in learning, culture, and community connection.

A special thank you to Mela D for your time, dedication, and continuous support in teaching our children.

We also celebrated Riyan’s 9th birthday together, making the day even more special with beautiful community vibes and joyful moments. 🎂🎉

A big thank you to all volunteers, parents, and students for making this community event meaningful and enjoyable. Together we continue to strengthen our culture, language, and community connection for the next generation.

Welcome back to Term 2, 2026!

We are excited to restart our Nepalese Kids Classes and continue this beautiful journey of learning, sharing, and growing together as a community. These classes are more than just a place for kids to gather—they are a space where our culture, language, and heritage come alive.

By teaching our children Nepali language, traditions, songs, and values, we are helping them stay connected to their roots while growing confidently in a multicultural society. It’s about building identity, pride, and a strong sense of belonging.
