Our Term 4 Junior Competition is just around the corner, and we can't wait to welcome everyone back to the field!

Our fantastic local clubs will soon be opening registrations and sharing information about the upcoming season, so keep an eye on their pages for all the latest updates.

Come along to the Toowoomba Touch Association Junior Gala Afternoon, where all of our local clubs will be together in one place to:
🏉 Meet club representatives
🤝 Welcome new players and families
❓ Answer any questions about the upcoming season
🌟 Learn about representative pathways
🟡 Find out everything you need to know about becoming a referee.

There'll also be snow cones 🍧, fun games and activities 🎉, and some of our local representative players will be there to meet everyone!

Whether you're new to touch football or returning for another season, this is the perfect opportunity to get involved and find the club that's right for you.

What a fantastic night celebrating our **2026 Senior Winter Competition!** 💜🖤

Saturday night was all about recognising the people who make our club what it is — our players, coaches, volunteers, supporters and, of course, our award winners! 👏

It was a great opportunity to look back on the season, celebrate the achievements of our teams and acknowledge the individuals who have gone above and beyond throughout the year.

📣 Want to Become a Referee This Season? 📣

Thinking about doing your referee course this coming season? There’s a course happening on Sunday, 20 September!

As part of the Junior COE, each club is required to supply referees, and as part of Royals’ commitment to supporting our players, Royals will cover the course cost for any Royals player who completes the course! 🖤💜

If you’ve been thinking about giving refereeing a go, this is the perfect opportunity to:

Don’t forget to log on today and apply for your Play on sports voucher that can be used for your up and coming junior touch season!!!

📣 When is the best time to secure your new Play On! Sports Voucher?

Applications for Play On! Sports Vouchers will open on 27 July, with up to $200 available to help Queensland kids aged from 5-17 participate in sport.

There will be two opportunities to apply this financial year.

If you’re planning ahead for summer sport, it’s best to apply this round. If your focus is on winter sports like netball or football, you may prefer to wait for the round later this financial year.

To help make your application quick and easy, log in to your Enquire account before 27 July and check your details are up to date. ✅

🚨 Competition Update – Saturday 30th May 🚨

Due to current field conditions, the Enterprise Legal Winter Senior Competition fixtures scheduled for Saturday 30th May have been cancelled.

Unfortunately, ongoing wet weather has left the fields too saturated, and we have also been unable to adequately prepare the grounds, including mowing and line marking.

We understand this decision will be disappointing, particularly with tomorrow’s forecast looking more positive. However, with rain continuing today, member safety and field preservation remain at the forefront of our decision making.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation.
