🏁 SCKC Club Championship – Round 4 🏁

After an action-packed start to the year, we’re heading back to a more traditional race format for Round 4 of the Sapphire Coast Kart Club Championship on Sunday 28th June.

We’ll also be returning to the anticlockwise direction, effective from this Wednesday, giving everyone plenty of time to get re-familiarised with the track before race day.

📋 Race Format

📣Drivers Briefing 7:30am

⏱ Qualifying 8:00am
• 6 minutes
• Grid determined by qualifying times

🏁 Heat 1
• 10 laps
• Grid based on qualifying

🏁 Heat 2
• 10 laps
• Grid based on qualifying

🏁 Heat 3
• 10 laps
• Grid based on highest points from Heats 1 & 2
• In the case of a tie, fastest race lap from the heats will determine grid position

🏁 Final
• Juniors: 12 laps
• Seniors: 15 laps
• Grid based on the result of Heat 3

🏆 Trophies & Awards
Final results only will count towards trophies and awards.

We’re looking forward to another great day of racing with our SCKC families, volunteers, officials and competitors. Whether you’re chasing championship points or just enjoying a day at the track, it should be a fantastic day of racing.

It was the 2002 Junior State Championship at Grenfell Kart Club.

The Karting NSW Board is looking to add 2 more Directors to improve the governance of the organisation.

If you have a desire to help guide Karting NSW on its journey, and think you have the skills to enhance our current team we would love to hear from you.

THE LEGENDS WHO KEEP US RACING. 🏁

We all know officials can make or break a race weekend. And we reckon TEKA has some of the best around.

They keep the racing safe.
They keep it fair for everyone.
And they keep the weekend running with minimal interruptions to the action.

A massive shoutout to the officials who give up their time, make the tough calls, and keep everything running smoothly.

Without them, we do not race. Thank you, legends. 👏
