Facilitation Course | Practise, Reflect & Connect

What makes a great outdoor educator? They’re always learning.
Our Facilitation Course, led by Tintin Bangalore, is a space to practise, reflect, connect and grow as a facilitator.

Meet your facilitator: Tintin has spent the last decade facilitating learning across outdoor education, leadership and coaching. He is currently the Training and Development Coordinator at Outdoors NSW & ACT, where he facilitates professional development programs to strengthen the sector.

You’ll explore practical facilitation tools including experiential learning, debriefing, building connection, Challenge by Choice, empathy and understanding participant mindsets.

The course is designed as a dialogue, not a monologue. You’ll practise in a safe environment, receive feedback, learn from others and contribute to each other’s growth throughout the two days.

Make sure your household is counted in the 2026 Census.

Every Rider Counts

We ride.

We volunteer.

We support regional towns.

We buy local.
Government planning starts with knowing who lives where.

We enjoy Australia's forests and trails.
Whether you ride two-stroke, four-stroke or electric

If the Census provides an "Other" field or comments (rare), using consistent terminology such as:
Trail bike riding

Complete your Census and include encourage your riding mates to do the same.
