With open skies and a thriving community offering a true sense of belonging, you’ll find your place at Springfield Rise. Springfield Rise is connected to the award-winning Springfield Lakes community. Springfield Rise is conveniently located off the Centenary Highway, it’s just 35 minutes by road to Brisbane’s CBD, 40 minutes to Brisbane’s airports, 15 minutes to Ipswich, and 50 minutes to the Gold Coast. When you also consider the added convenience that the two railway stations of Springfield and Springfield Central deliver with their frequent service from the CBD, it is easy to see why Springfield Lakes has been chosen as ‘my place to live’ by so many. You’ll find an excellent selection of quality childcare services, state and private schools and a university campus on your doorstep. You’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to shopping, recreation facilities and more than 29 parks. There are cafes and restaurants aplenty as well as established business and medical services. The Mater Private Hospital Springfield opened its doors to the people of Greater Springfield in 2015. With 80 private beds as well as a day surgery unit, the hospital provides the local community with access to innovative, world-class healthcare facilities including four digitally-integrated operating theatres and a state-of-the-art cancer care centre.
