Join us with our Member Club Parkview

On Friday 26th June, they’ll be hosting their first Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea in support of Cancer Council Australia — and it’s shaping up to be a really special morning.

They’ve already kicked off their fundraising with Mother’s Day raffles, raising over $700, and they’re inviting our local business community to come along, show support, and enjoy a beautiful Classic High Tea together.

The morning starts from 9am and includes live music, raffles, and lucky door prizes — plenty of reasons to settle in and enjoy it.

You’ll also hear from a wonderful group of guest speakers:

🩷 Kylie Gates (MC) – Franchise Owner, Forest Lake & Surrounds Social Mums Club
🌻 Jenny Jenner – Owner/Manager, Kalbar Sunflowers
🦋 Gail Rogers – CEO & Director of Nursing, Ipswich Hospice
☀️ Genieve Abrahams – Regional Development Specialist, Cancer Council Queensland

Tickets are just $35 each.

If you’ve been looking for a way to support a meaningful cause while connecting with others in the community, this is a lovely way to do it.

Ipswich Distillery Unveils the City's First Whisky on Queensland Day

Ipswich will make history this Queensland Day, with the official release of the city's very first locally crafted whisky by Imbibis Craft Distillery.

Launching on June 6, the date marking Queensland's separation and identity, the release pays tribute to the region's rich heritage and pioneering spirit.

Distilled, aged, and bottled in Ipswich, the whisky re[resents years of patience, craftsmanship, and a deep connection to place.

"This isn't just a product launch - it's a milestone", says Jason Hannay, Chief Distiller. "We wanted to release it on a day that stands for identity and independence. That's exactly what this whisky represents for Ipswich"

The release will be available at the distillery cellar door and online, with limited bottles expected to sell quickly.

For a community that’s grown from a vision into a city of more than 54,000 people, having world-class healthcare on our doorstep is a genuine game-changer.

We’re grateful to the team at Mater for their commitment to Greater Springfield, and to everyone who made today possible.
