Tiahna plays an enormous role across our organisation, supporting areas including marketing, compliance, WHS, grants, fundraising, HR and more. She is often the go-to person for staff and consistently goes above and beyond for both our team and the people we support. This recognition is incredibly well deserved.

These nominations reflect the passion, innovation and hard work of our entire team, participants, supporters and community. We are so proud to be recognised alongside so many amazing local businesses and organisations.

Malabar Resources is proud to be a Silver Sponsor of the Witmore Trivia Night Fundraiser 2026!

Now in its fourth year, the Witmore Trivia Night brings together local businesses, families and community members for a fantastic evening of trivia, food, raffles, auctions and entertainment in support of an organisation doing incredible work across the Singleton region.

Witmore Limited is a not-for-profit, NDIS registered disability service provider supporting 88 people with disability through programs and four social enterprises, with a vision to inspire, empower and create change by building inclusive opportunities where people feel valued, capable and connected to their community.

This year's event is themed Film & Fame 🎥⭐ and will be held on Saturday 18th July at the Singleton Civic Centre. Funds raised on the night go directly towards Witmore's programs and social enterprises.

Malabar is proud to contribute $1,000 as a Silver Sponsor, supporting Witmore's important work in the Singleton community.

Participant of the week… or should I say participant of the year because I have been SO slack with these!

BUT… weekly spotlights are officially making a comeback!

This week we are celebrating the very talented Luke👏

Luke is an incredibly talented artist. Fun fact, Luke’s mum Yvonne owns Candlesbyvonne at Hunter Valley Gardens where Luke’s artwork is turned into beautiful printed cards and sold in store!

Luke is very humble and didn’t love me making a fuss over his work! But we just had to share how talented he is.

We would like to say a huge thank you to the amazing Singleton District Community Op Shop Inc for a recent generous donation of $20,200!

This donation went towards upgrades to our accessible bathroom facilities.

This funding has allowed us to install specialised equipment that will improve safety, comfort and accessibility for our participants, staff and visitors for years to come.

As a local not-for-profit, support like allows us to continue offering services in a safe, inclusive and supportive environment for people of all abilities and strengthens our services for the future.

We are grateful for your ongoing support not only of us, but of so many local charities and community organisations across our region.

We loved welcoming your team to our centre for a morning tea catered by Inclusive Eats, thanks for joining us!💜
