Never in my years have I seen such a negative pathetic situation as what our country is in….

I thought it was just locally but it’s everywhere and it’s fu**ed.

So as I took the wrap off Captain America I think of the happiness this created for Children…..but the Adults who complained to the ACNC thought nothing about the Kids just themselves

Judgement Order due to our business being shutdown last year

Advised that it was a point of discussion with the outgoing GM and others in that Local Organisation…..how much we were compensated and the costs….considering the mediation was confidential but they feel they can discuss it but Jess and I are kept to comply.

Next is Fair Trading

Next Transport Nsw Show Cause for our Accreditation for E Safety Checks

Jess and I can then move on which we shouldn’t have had to in the first place

Another example of how our Country’s heritage is eroding this is an Anzac statue that was beheaded in Ipswich Queensland last night….

Monday After Anzac Day around midnight I was heading to the World Gym and I spotted 3 young hooded di*****ds with spray cans about to spray paint our Cenotaph

I stopped and ran over they scattered one went across the road I assumed he went into the royal hotel

The next day I let the licensee of the royal hotel Sue know also Constable Gilmore Muswellbrook police

It’s an absolute disgrace what’s happening in our Country the lack of Respect

If we were a multinational business
and a page posted inaccurate information they would be hammered legally.

For the last two years Local Government Departments and others have done everything they can to damage our Business our Charity and our Livelihood and they think they are not Accountable.

I said this day would come and it’s here…..

I have a heap of snap shots, couple of examples of the nasty bs that certain people have said about Jess and I when we were charged ect.

one of our previous employees couldn’t even put a air filter lid on correctly and the customer requested a refund 12 months later
And when I said No she carried on and the previous employee and his partner commented on the post criticising Jess and I…..when he was the person that didn’t do the Job correctly….Dumb in Public

Jess and I could hold a grudge but we are better than that and we hold ourselves to a higher standard and considering what is happening in the world this is piddly s**t.

So we forgive these people

And we move on

As all of Singleton is aware Jess and I were charged by Police and AIS Transport for NSW for Allegedly producing illegal Pink Slips.

We were smeared all over Socials and the Community Pages and the Newcastle Herald….It was said that Jess and I didn’t deserve the previous awards for everything we have done for the community.

We were attacked by people that pretended to be friends.

3 previous staff members who we looked after Daily sent them to New Zealand all expenses paid purchased toolboxes for them
Paid them well above the Award wages….Promised an Apprenticeship if they finished year ten….

They Provided Statements of Evidence against Jess and I.

One of them went as far as to Apply for an AVO which was Dismissed twice…..this person acts like he is a hard person but in reality that’s not the case and its embarrassing for him packs a blade everywhere he goes…

Yesterday the Court Dismissed and Withdrew the Criminal Charges.

The Judge and Police Prosecutor were Outstanding they went above and beyond and Treated Jess and I with absolute respect a Thank You to them is not enough

To all the Amazing People that have stood by us We Can’t Thank You Enough for Your Support

We have one more matter to go in the NSW Supreme Court Professional Negligence and
Defamation against Singleton Council next month
Hopefully then it will be over

Finally to the Observer that was the only person in court who we seen both days….it didn’t go the way you expected So Report that back to poi

After the worst year of my life, I’ve been nominated for the Outstanding Community Contribution Award, and I’m honestly a little blown away to be listed alongside so many incredible humans.
Singleton really is something special. It’s full of people who just quietly get in and make a difference. No fuss, no spotlight needed (although maybe just a little spotlight now 😉).
Cathy Akers, Sharon Bassett, Lisa Bendeich, Shirley Bendeich, Donna Donehue, Scott Keesing, Hilary Kennedy, Kim Nguyen, Kerry Lewis, Kevin Lomax, Kirsty McLeod, Sharon Simmons, Traci Standing, Daniel Storey, Kay Sullivan and Jules Young. You’re all absolute legends.
