Soldier On Newcastle & Hunter has the following events running over October for Veteran Health Week.
Soldier On Self-Regulation Information Session – 26th OCT
Soldier On will present an information session on self-regulation techniques and resources for reducing stress, improving focus, and increasing concentration during a socially connected morning tea with participants. Soldier On will provide sensory tools to help adults enhance performance on cognitively demanding tasks. These sensory items provide some sort of distraction the brain needs without drawing attention away from the task at hand, improving mental stability.
