INTERESTED IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION & CARE?

TAFE NSW is offering Introduction to Early Childhood Education and Care at TAFE NSW Kurri Kurri.

This course is a great opportunity to learn more about working in Early Childhood Education and Care, including the important role Aboriginal educators play in supporting children’s learning, development and connection to culture.

Course: CSO1111-V02 – Introduction to Early Childhood Education and Care
Location: TAFE NSW Kurri Kurri
Starts: Monday 19 October 2026
Time: 9:30am – 3:00pm
Duration: 6 weeks – every Monday

Who can attend?
This course is open to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 17 years and over who have completed Year 10 and have signed out of school.

Elders Art Group!

Come along for a relaxed morning of creativity, connection, and yarns at our Elders Art Group, facilitated by Dhiiyaan Art and proudly hosted at Mindaribba Local Aboriginal Land Council.

Deadly Safe Driving program coming to the Singleton Youth Venue.

This free program is available to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people aged 16 years and over who have not yet obtained their P1 or P2 licence. Participants will take part in virtual reality (VR) hazard awareness training and receive two free driving lessons, along with gift cards for completing program surveys.

The program will be held at the Singleton Youth Venue on Thursday 6 August. Young people who cannot attend on the day are still encouraged to register their interest via the QR code on the flyer.
