Are you an administration superstar with exceptional organisational skills and a passion for helping people? We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team for 3 days per week supporting our Home Modifications program.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating incoming referrals, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish. You’ll work closely with a range of stakeholders, including Occupational Therapists, builders, clients, and their families, making strong communication and relationship-building skills essential.
What we’re looking for:
✅ Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
✅ Excellent attention to detail
✅ Strong customer service and communication skills
✅ Ability to liaise effectively with a variety of stakeholders
✅ A proactive and positive approach to administration
As with all roles at Ourcare Services, the successful applicant will be required to hold:
✔ A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
✔ A Working with Children Check
