The Self Awareness Academy has been established to support people who seek a deep understanding about themselves and the world they live in.

The Self Awareness Academy is a non-profit organisation based in Perth, Western Australia. It has been established to support people who seek a deep understanding about themselves and the world they live in. The Academy was founded by philosopher and mentor, Meredith Forder, after realising an almost desperate need for Self awareness. The Academy is dedicated to helping people gain Self awareness

— clarity, vitality, inner peace and presence of mind — by discovering their purpose in life and awakening to their true Self within. The teachings at the Academy are based on Vedanta, India’s ancient philosophy and best kept secret. The Academy’s foundation is built on 3 Vedantic practices or Yogas:

Service (Karma Yoga)
Love (Bhakti Yoga)
Self Knowledge (Gnana Yoga)

By learning and practicing the 3 Yogas you will live an abundant life filled with peace, love, joy and contentment.
