OPERATION WALANG IWANAN ACTIVATED FOR COMMUNITIES IMPACTED BY TYPHOON TINO

🧡 We would like to thank those who have initially donated for the families affected by Typhoon Tino. We also would like to honor the volunteers on-ground for being the frontliners in going to these communities. For those who would like to volunteer or send in-kind donations, we will start posting the contact persons and Operation Centers for each area. 💥 CEBU
Team GK Cebu is preparing to distribute COOKED MEALS since affected families lost their kitchen utensils and potable water is still a concern. Relief packs will also be distributed to other affected communities.
GK is setting up an Operation Center in Cebu that can receive in-kind donations. It will also serve as a Volunteer Center where individuals/groups can go to.
The main contact person for the Cebu Operations is Chingkee Sabanpan (09173117072), GK Provincial Head.
💥 SURIGAO DEL NORTE
GK is also mobilizing help for Dinagat Island Province. We are in touch with the local leaders and partner communities, starting with Loreto. Team GK from mainland Mindanao is organizing a team to cross to the island province. We will also share information on the contact person and operation center soon.
💥 EASTERN VISAYAS, WESTERN VISAYAS & PALAWAN
Our various regional teams are currently gathering information on the affected communities in these areas and getting in-touch with LGUs. We will immediately organize help once there are urgent gaps identified.
