We covered a lot of essential points in Session 5 "Goal Setting & Maintaining Motivation". This session is part of our 12 session program "Female Founders Resilience & Wellbeing" , powered by Town of Victoria Park .

Here are the topics we covered today:

*Redefine Your Success: Success is deeply personal—it’s not a one-size-fits-all formula, but about defining what truly matters to you as a founder.

*Motivation vs. Momentum: Motivation is a fleeting feeling. Momentum is a daily practice built through small, consistent actions.

*Vision to Action: Turn big picture long-term visions into clear, actionable 90-day targets.

*The Reach Her Momentum Cycle: Keep your drive going through a structured cycle of Purpose ➔ Pause ➔ Progress ➔ Planning ➔ Priorities.

*The 90-Day Founder Roadmap: Overcome obstacles by planning clear milestones, identifying necessary support upfront, and celebrating small wins along the way.

*Personal Commitments Count: Long-term progress relies on weekly habits, reducing distractions, and building accountability.

*Daily Momentum Tracking: Stay grounded by tracking your daily top priority, recognizing small wins, learning from setbacks, and checking in with your energy levels.

When you hear the word "visibility," what emotions come up? 🫣 Sparkly? Fake? Empowering? Salesy?

Too often, we think visibility means being loud, extroverted, or posting 24/7.

But authentic visibility isn’t about saying "look at me." It’s about saying "here is how I can help."

And that is what we covered in Session 4 :"Confidence,Visibility and Personal Branding" of our 12 week "Female Founders Resilience & Wellbeing Program".

Our female founders learnt that 'our brand isn't your logo or our fonts—it's the consistent experience people have of you and your values.'

They also learnt that they don't need to change who they are to grow their business. Along with that they learnt that 'personal branding' is built on values, communication, reputation, and actions.

They even got a shot at the 5-step Visibility Ladder, built a Personal Visibility Plan, locking in one core message, one platform, one action for the week, and identifying a support person to keep them accountable.

What is one small, courageous action you can take to be seen this week? Drop it below! 👇

Session 3 "Overcoming Imposter Syndrome & Self Doubt'' of our 12-session "Female Founders Resilience & Wellbeing" program was a heavy but a reflective one.

In today's session, we tackled founder self-doubt by reframing imposter syndrome as a knowledge-belief gap, not a competence issue.

Evidence shows us that 'Imposter Syndrome' discounts real achievements and resilience while magnifying mistakes, often worsened by gender bias.

We explored the four faces of doubt, built evidence banks, and used the N.Q.R.A.R framework developed by Reach Her Inc.

Core Concepts Covered:

*Four Faces of Doubt: Perfectionist, Expert, Comparer, and People Pleaser.

* NQRAR Framework: Notice, Question, Reframe, Act, and Review.

* The Confidence Myth: Action always precedes confidence; doing the work builds the proof you need.

We agreed to start a daily practice by evidence journaling to track wins, strengths, and proud moments daily.

And our 'Big Courageous Step' of the week was to define a belief to challenge, an avoided action, and a courageous next step.

Which of these things are ones you yourself would try ? Tell us below.

Introducing our brand new coaching program: Grounded to Grow – Building Female Founders Who Lead Sustainably

Building a business is demanding. Leading one sustainably can be even harder.

Many founders spend so much time looking after their business that they forget to look after themselves.

Grounded to Grow has been designed specifically for founders who have moved beyond the idea stage and are now navigating the realities of leadership, decision-making, uncertainty and growth.

Over six facilitated monthly sessions online, participants will explore evidence-informed approaches to:

• Strengthening resilience
• Protecting wellbeing
• Managing the demands of leadership
• Building sustainable habits for long-term success
• Connecting with a supportive founder community
• Leading with greater confidence and clarity

This program combines practical tools, facilitated discussions and peer connection to help founders thrive—not just in business, but in life.

Session 1 of our 12 week ‘Female Founders Resilience & Wellbeing’ program kicked off today.

At Reach Her Inc., we are acutely aware that before women can grow businesses, they need to understand themselves as founders.

Today’s session was a gentle one, one with all participants getting to know each other, of them identifying their commonalities and also standing firm in the knowledge that while founding, growing, scaling a business is HARD work - they are not alone.

Through the session today, Our participants got a chance to:
Understand resilience beyond “just pushing through”,
Identify personal resilience strengths
Recognise common founder challenges experienced by women
Create a personal resilience baseline

Thanks to Town of Vic Park, for supporting this program and allowing us to work with some exemplary female founders across our community. 💕
