Thank you for joining us today for event week at Panania where we had 198 people who ran, jogged and walked the course.
Almost 10% (18) of participants today were first timers, we know many of you appreciated our not so hilly course. Among this number we welcomed
Jyoti, Asher, Dean, Phiippa, Nathaniel, William and Ryan to their first ever parkrun, we hope you had a great time.
27 legends recorded new Personal Bests today, congratulations 🥳

Milestones were achieved by

🟣 25 James who also scored a PB as part of his first over 11 run and Freddie

Panania parkrun started on 27th February 2016. Since then 6,969 participants have completed 46,580 parkruns covering a total distance of 232,900 km, including 7,024 new Personal Bests. A total of 714 individuals have volunteered 5,658 times.

What a day!
Tutu much fun!
So many people at Panania parkrunning today (219 of us) as the weather has begun to give us a hint of spring.

Our event #463 on 22nd August was a wonderful celebration with tutus being worn by those enjoying the opportunity to dress up.

We welcomed 25 first timers to our course including, Nico, Mark, Rana, Arabella, Joshua, Sarah and Arielle who completed their first ever parkrun, we hope you had a wonderful time.
Meanwhile, 32 people recorded new Personal Bests congratulations!

Scott our RD didn’t let us down and was resplendent in his red tutu
