As it cools down, we are moving Gentle Exercise to two classes only from Friday 5th June. The first class is at 9am followed by one at 10:30am. You are most welcome to come along to whichever class suits your schedule best.

Although we know how young and fit our classes keep you😀, we wanted to share this Healthy Ageing Expo that is being run by the NSW Government.

Looking for ways to stay active, well and connected as you age?
Join us at the South West Sydney Healthy Ageing Expo — a free community event with health checks, vaccinations, information, movement sessions, talks and local services, all in one place.

When: Tuesday 16 June, 9.30am-2.30pm
Where: Greg Percival Community Centre

Open to people across South West Sydney.

A big thank you to Salem from Service NSW for the interesting and informative presentation at Revesby Workers Club today.

28 of our members attended and most members were able to find out about a rebate or savings they should apply for, which is fantastic!

If you'd like to book a 1:1 session with Salem, she can look into your circumstances and help advise on what you can apply for. Appointments can be made by calling 13 77 88. Salem is available at Service NSW Revesby on Wednesday and Thursday, and Service NSW Roselands on Monday, Tuesday and Friday.

Your shiny new name badges have arrived and will be handed out during classes this week. If you are not attending class this week, you will be able to pick it up next time you do.

Many thanks to our community volunteer, Sue Pepper, for making all 160 badges for our club. 🌟🌟

Please look after your badge and remember to bring it to class. If lost, a fee will be charged for replacement.
