Family Support Newcastle We understand that families need extra support at times and we are here to help you by offering a range of free services.

General Information

Please note we are unable to provide support on Facebook. Please call our office during our business hours on (02) 49263577. If in crisis call Lifeline on 13 11 14 for crisis support or dial 000 if life is in danger. Visit www.lifeline.org.au for more information. We are open 9:30am to 1:30pm Tuesday to Thursday (by appointment only). We are available for phone calls 9am to 4p

m Monday to Friday. We also reserve the right to remove any comment or content that:
- contains personally identifying information of any individual
- does not relate to the topic or post
- is abusive, harassing, stalking, threatening or attacking of others
- is defamatory, offensive, obscene, vulgar or depicts violence
- contains hateful language, targets race/ethnicity, religion, gender, nationality or political beliefs
- is fraudulent, deceptive, misleading or unlawful
- 'trolls' or deliberately disrupts discussion
- violates any intellectual property rights
- is considered to be spam
- contains commercial solicitation or solicitation of donations
