Simple ideas, but bloody powerful.

💡 Find your reason for getting up each day.
💡 Get 1% better, not 100% stressed.
💡 Stay curious, like a beginner.
💡 Stop eating at 80% full — overeating fogs the brain and slows you down.

Tiny shifts, massive impact.
