The point isn’t to rush her through being a kid, she’s still a kid ❤️

It’s just making sure she knows what’s happening in her body before it happens, so when her first period does come, it’s not scary or confusing. She knows what it is, why it’s happening and what to do.

Less fear. Less anxiety. More confidence.

Learning to actually notice those signals and trust them is a practice.

We started painting rocks then ended up drawing on them too, it was so fun and pretty addictive to be honest!!! It was a really fun way to spend time together, get creative and have some chats 💕

My daughter even personalised some for her brothers as a little gift. Lots of fun and all you need is rocks and paint! 🪨 🎨
