Berwick Waters parkrun Event 288 🌼

Our first parkrun for Spring saw the wild weather scare off a few people this morning, but those who braved the elements were rewarded with great conditions to walk, jog or run 5km. Well done to our 50 finishers and a big thank you to our volunteers:

Berwick Waters parkrun Event 287 🤩

A lovely morning to finish off Winter parkrunning for 2026 saw 109 finishers walk, jog and run the 5k course around the lake.

We’d also like to recognise Craig Dodsworth- who as he often does- brings in the field at the front- but today he did it with an incredible new PB of 16:27 💨💨💨

Milestones!⭐️⭐️⭐️

Congrats to Mia Indovino who achieved her 50th volunteer milestone today! Mia has been an important part of Berwick Waters for many years and has assisted many more times than the 50 milestone would suggest!

A big welcome to Mark Robinson visiting from Fulham Palace parkrun in London who achieved his 100th parkrun milestone today!

Thank you to everyone for taking into account the reminders from last week- everything ran nice and smoothly today.

We’ve noticed there are a few great milestones coming up next week- we are excited to celebrate them all. Have a great weekend and we’ll see you all next Saturday ⭐️⭐️⭐️
