Our new mural, created by local artists Alison Mooney and Shauna Hill, celebrates the stories, landscapes and cultural significance of the region through colour, connection and community.

As our partnership project with Kabi Kabi Housing Corporation nears completion, we're excited to share the story behind the artwork and the inspiration that brought it to life.

We were pleased to welcome Housing Minister Sam O'Connor MP and Kendall Hatcher MP to tour our Banya Affordable Housing and Banya Social Housing communities.

During the visit, tenants shared their experiences of moving into safe, stable housing, highlighting the positive difference a secure home can make.

There’s still time to apply for an affordable home at Banya. These homes offer a discount to market rents, with rents starting from $509/week for a 2-bed, 2-bath terrace.

We're excited to share that applications are now open for 54 brand-new affordable rental homes in Banya, on the Sunshine Coast.

Made possible through a partnership between Coast2Bay Housing Group, the Queensland Government, Westpac, Stockland and Integrale Homes, these homes will provide more affordable housing options for local individuals, couples and families.

With rents below market rates and 2-bedroom homes starting from $509 per week, this is a great opportunity for people who are finding it tough to secure affordable housing.

You may be eligible if you:

✔️ Are an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold an eligible visa
✔️ Don't own a property

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Rockcote's manufacturing facility and meeting the team behind their incredible fundraising efforts.

Throughout May, the entire Rockcote team got involved in raising funds and awareness for the RISE2 Foundation, supporting housing for women and children impacted by domestic and family violence. Together, they raised an amazing $3,000.

The campaign created a real sense of pride across the business, with every pail of render mixed and shipped helping contribute to a "foundation of safety" for local families. Their stickers also sparked important conversations on job sites across the region, helping raise awareness of the RISE2 Foundation's mission.

We are incredibly proud and honoured to have supporters like Rockcote in our corner. Thank you for your ongoing commitment to creating safer futures for women and children in our community.

We dusted off the fancy teacups and saucers for Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea at our Nambour office ☕🫖

Hosted by Christina from our Housing Team, the morning was a lovely chance to come together for a cause that means so much to many of us.

Thanks to everyone’s generosity, we raised more than three times our original fundraising goal in support of Cancer Council Australia 's important research, prevention programs and support services.

A big thank you to everyone who baked, donated and joined us on the day. Your support made it so special.
