🎄 CHRISTMAS HOPE APPEAL – WEEK TWO UPDATE! 🎄

A huge thank you to everyone who has already supported our Christmas Hope Hamper Appeal!

So far, 327 hampers have been pledged, with 673 still to go to reach our goal of 1,000 hampers! ❤️

There are two ways you can help:
🎁 Fill a hamper bag with the requested Christmas food items.
💛 Make a financial donation and we’ll put a hamper together on your behalf.

Individual hamper items can also be donated at our Op Shop on the Mornington-Tyabb Road or at the Community Bank Mount Martha

Thanks to the incredible generosity of individuals, churches, community groups and local businesses, 768 Christmas Hope Hampers were delivered to local families in 2025! 🎁
This year, we’re dreaming even bigger! Our goal is to provide 1,000 Christmas Hope Hampers to families experiencing hardship across the Mornington Peninsula. ❤️

CHRISTMAS HOPE PARTNER SPOTLIGHT: COMMUNITY BANK MT MARTHA
We’re delighted to have Community Bank Mt Martha partnering with New Peninsula Community Caring for our 2026 Christmas Hope Appeal!

A huge thank you to the team for their generous $2,500 sponsorship and for opening their branch as a collection point for Christmas hamper donations.

Their support is about more than a financial contribution. It’s about bringing local people and organisations together to care for local families, strengthening the local community we all share.

Together we’re working toward providing 1,000 Christmas Hope Hampers to families experiencing hardship across the Mornington Peninsula this Christmas.

Now in its fourth year, this special gathering brings refugees and members of the Mornington Peninsula community together to enjoy lunch, entertainment, conversation, and inspiring personal stories. Our vision is to foster intercultural understanding while showcasing the Mornington Peninsula as a wonderful place for education, employment and settlement.

WE ARE HIRING AN OP SHOP TRAINEE! This role is suitable for students currently enrolled in Years 7-12 seeking work experience and training in a retail setting. We're seeking a friendly hands on Trainee for Saturday shifts.
We are offering a 6 month contract. Hours 15.2 hrs/fortnight or job share half days available.
